Privacy
Your details, in plain language.
What this site collects, why, who handles it, and how to have it deleted. Short version: only what you type into a form, used to reply to you and send what you asked for, and never sold.
Last updated October 2026.
Who I am
This site belongs to Jesse Teron. When this page says "I" or "me", that's me. Questions about your details go to hello@jesseteron.com.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send me through one of the three forms on this site:
- Contact form (/contact): your name and email, and if you add them, your company, company size, what you're interested in and your message.
- Free guide form: your first name and email.
- Nervous system check (/check): your answers are scored on your own device, and nothing is sent while you answer. Your result and toolkit show without any email. If you choose to leave your email after your result, I receive your first name, email, score, result and answers.
- The 12 Laws Journey waitlist: your first name, email, what you’d love it to help with (if you write anything), and your check result if you took the check first.
- Sound on the check page: the soft tone is made in your browser. Nothing is recorded and the microphone is never used. Your browser remembers whether you turned sound off, on your own device only.
- Analytics: none right now. No tracking scripts or cookies run on this site.
- Newsletter: the Building Better Humans newsletter runs on Substack. If you subscribe there, Substack holds your email under its own privacy policy. The signup box on the guide and check pages is loaded from Substack only on those pages.
Every form also has a hidden field that only spam bots fill in. I don't ask for payment details or anything sensitive, so please don't include anything you'd rather keep private in a message.
What I use it for
- To reply to you, and to give you the guide or the check result you asked for (both open right on the page).
- If you asked for the guide or your check result, the occasional note from me afterwards. Every one has a way to unsubscribe, or just reply and ask.
- To understand, in general terms, where leaders could use more support, so the work gets better. Your answers are never shared with your company or anyone else.
Who handles it
The site is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are received and stored by Netlify Forms, which includes automatic spam filtering. Like any web host, Netlify keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service. Netlify may process data in the United States. Its own policy is at netlify.com/privacy.
Form notifications arrive in my email, which runs on Google Workspace. I don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
What I don't do
- I don't sell, rent or trade your details. Ever.
- No advertising trackers and no analytics scripts. The fonts are hosted on this site, so loading a page doesn't send your visit to a font service.
- This site doesn't set cookies.
How long I keep it
Only as long as it's useful for staying in touch with you. Ask me to delete it any time and I will.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, or ask me to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@jesseteron.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or privacy laws in the US or Canada), you may have further rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
