How companies scale: from the inside outThe Higher Blueprint

Align the vision. Build the machine. Become the person.

The Higher Blueprint is my framework for scaling a company from the inside out. At the centre is you, and the subconscious mind running every decision. Around you, the infrastructure that keeps you steady. Around that, the daily practices that make it real. Your company is the outer ring, and it can only grow as big as what's holding it up.

“There are 12 universal laws. Like gravity, they work whether you believe in them or not.” Fight them and growth feels heavy. Align with them and the right people, opportunities and decisions start to show up. The 12 laws, in plain words

You

Subconscious Mind

Law: Correspondence

“Your outer world follows your inner architecture.”
What it is
Layer: All 5 layersNot in your calendar. Not in your goals. Not even in your thoughts. It lives in your nervous system. It lives in your subconscious mind. It's the operating system running underneath every decision you make.
In the company
Everything in the rings around you is how that operating system gets updated. The company can only grow to the capacity of the person at the centre.
Ask yourself
Who are you when nobody is watching?

Infrastructure · 1 of 5

Nervous System

Law: Vibration + Perpetual Transmutation

“Your state drives your results. Turn fear into fuel.”
What it is
Layer: Nervous SystemYour body has an alarm system. It can't tell new from danger, and it's set to your old life. It's not trying to stop you. It's trying to protect you.
In the company
A plan can only get as big as your body can hold. When it feels safe, you delegate, sell and decide from a grounded place.
Ask yourself
Does my nervous system feel safe holding this?

Infrastructure · 2 of 5

Safety

Law: Polarity

“You can create from love or from fear. To create from love, you must face your fear.”
What it is
Layer: Nervous SystemMake the new life safe to live. If you knew you could survive the thing you're most afraid of, how would you operate differently today?
In the company
Teams take their cue from the leader. When you lead from love instead of fear, people tell you the truth sooner.
Ask yourself
What would have to be true for your body to believe this life is sustainable?

Infrastructure · 3 of 5

Prayer

Alignment with the Universe

Law: Divine Oneness

“Everything in the universe is interconnected; every thought, action, and event affects the whole.”
What it is
Layer: EnergeticGod First. Dream bigger. Ask above. Receive the vision.
In the company
The plan starts with a question, not a spreadsheet. The numbers come after the vision, not instead of it.
Ask yourself
What wants to unfold in the next year that is even greater than I can currently imagine?

Infrastructure · 4 of 5

Meditation

Union with the Divine

Law: Gender

“Act, then allow. Give the seed time to grow.”
What it is
Layer: EnergeticBreathe, then download. Don't try to 'figure it out.' Ask questions, and allow yourself to receive the answers.
In the company
Intuition tells you what wants to be created. Structure gives it somewhere to land. Action brings it to reality.
Ask yourself
Am I listening, or only pushing?

Infrastructure · 5 of 5

Emotional Regulation

Law: Relativity

“Your current numbers aren't 'good' or 'bad.' They're inputs.”
What it is
Layer: EmotionalNothing you feel needs fixing. It only needs room.
In the company
A hard month is information, not a verdict. You feel it fully, then decide with a clear head.
Ask yourself
What am I feeling right now, and what is it telling me?

Daily practices · 1 of 8

Training

Law: Inspired Action

“None of it matters until you move.”
What it is
Layer: PhysicalServe my body, nourish my soul. You can't always think your way into a new state. Sometimes you have to move.
In the company
Your energy sets the room's. Moving first, before the inbox, is a decision you make for the whole team.
Ask yourself
What would change if I trained like it was part of the job?

Daily practices · 2 of 8

Sleep

Law: Rhythm

“Life moves in natural cycles, phases, and rhythms that require both action and rest.”
What it is
Layer: PhysicalRest is part of the rhythm, not time stolen from the work.
In the company
Nature isn't linear. Neither is business. Sometimes the contraction is what makes the next expansion possible.
Ask yourself
Am I resting like someone building for the long game?

Daily practices · 3 of 8

Nutrition

Law: Cause & Effect

“Every action creates a reaction. What you put in is what comes out.”
What it is
Layer: PhysicalServe my body, nourish my soul. What you eat is a daily choice, made on purpose or made by default.
In the company
Outcomes have inputs. If you want a different result, you have to change what goes in.
Ask yourself
Am I choosing what goes in, or grabbing it between meetings?

Daily practices · 4 of 8

Reading

Law: Attraction

“Focus shapes what you notice and act on.”
What it is
Layer: MentalWhat goes in becomes how you see. Choose your inputs as carefully as your investments.
In the company
What you continually focus on changes what you notice, what you prioritize, what opportunities you recognize, and ultimately what actions you take.
Ask yourself
What am I feeding my mind this week?

Daily practices · 5 of 8

Writing

“Write what comes, not what's reasonable.”
What it is
Layer: MentalAsk, listen, then put it on paper. A blueprint becomes real once it's written and signed.
In the company
A vision your team can repeat starts as one you've written down.
Ask yourself
I am the architect of ___.

Daily practices · 6 of 8

Relationship

Law: Compensation

“The energy, effort, and kindness you put out into the world return to you in equal measure.”
What it is
Layer: EmotionalPour into my relationship.
In the company
The people closest to you feel the business first. How you show up at home is part of how you lead.
Ask yourself
Does my closest relationship get my best energy, or what's left over?

Daily practices · 7 of 8

Family

“How do you live? How do you love? How do you lead?”
What it is
Layer: EmotionalFamily is the legacy the company is meant to serve, not the cost of building it.
In the company
Can the business you're envisioning actually produce the life you're envisioning?
Ask yourself
Would my family say the business serves our life, or the other way round?

Daily practices · 8 of 8

Calendar

“Your life is always being designed. The only question is whether you're drawing your own blueprints or living inside someone else's.”
What it is
Layer: MentalSpirit, body, relationship and family go in first. Then the business gets built around them.
In the company
When the non-negotiables are in the calendar first, the team learns to plan around a leader who is whole.
Ask yourself
Where do the hours actually go on an ordinary Tuesday?

The outer ring

Your company

The outer world

Law: All twelve

“There are no isolated problems in a business. Leadership affects everything.”
What it is
Built from the inside out. Then the plan: dream, numbers, budget, model, org chart, cash plan, pre-mortem. Every step has a law underneath it.
In the company
Align the vision. Build the machine. Become the person.
Ask yourself
Who has to exist for this company to exist? What does the owner stop doing?

Nervous System, inside a company

A founder who wants a $10M company, in my words from the Lock In 2027 talk.

  1. The leader

“I want to run a $10M company.” Cognitively: yes. Emotionally: maybe. Nervous system: absolutely f***ing not.

  2. The team

Decisions don't get delegated. They keep coming back to the founder.

  3. The culture

Busy instead of strategic. Noise fills the quiet.

  4. The numbers

Sales calls get avoided. Big calls get made on impulse.

The shift“Does my nervous system feel safe holding this?” When the plan feels safe to hold, you delegate, sell and decide from a grounded place.

Start with the Nervous System. 10 honest statements, about 5 minutes. See where you are, and get a toolkit for it.

The way I workThe 5D approach

Five dimensions. Five layers.

I can be real woo-woo, but I'm also very practical. 5D means two things in my work: the five areas of life we build, and the five layers we work through to get there.

The 5 Dimensions · The what

The key areas of a leader's life.

  1. D1

    Spirit

God first. The question to ask yourself every single day: am I in alignment?

  2. D2

    Body

Serve your body, nourish your soul. You can't always think your way into a new state. Sometimes you have to move.

  3. D3

    Relationship

Pour into your relationship. The people closest to you feel the business first.

  4. D4

    Family & Legacy

Can the business you're envisioning actually produce the life you're envisioning?

  5. D5

    Leadership

Be the magnet that pulls people up. If you want your team at 100%, you'd better show up at 200%.

The dimensions are what we're building. The layers are how we get there.

The 5 Layers · The how

We play in all 5 layers.

You can know the answer intellectually and still not be capable of living it. So we work every layer, at the same time.

  1. 01

    Physical

Sleep, training, food, breath. Fried, running on fumes, running hot or grounded: whatever state you're in is the state you decide from.

  2. 02

    Nervous System

Your body has an alarm system, and it can't tell new from danger. We work with it, so when things come in hot you stay grounded and regulated.

  3. 03

    Emotional

Nothing you feel needs fixing. It only needs room. It's the layer where breathwork can feel intense, because that's where we're playing.

  4. 04

    Energetic

Energy is contagious. Your team matches the state you walk in with. Instead of chief executive officer, be the chief energy officer.

  5. 05

    Mental

What you know and what you believe. You can't update an operating system you don't know is running.

Ready for a big level up?

No pitch, no funnel. Tell me where you and your team are right now, and we'll see if there's a heck yes on both sides.
