Where you are
Ten answers, ten rings. This is the picture you drew.
What’s already working
In how you lead
If it’s felt this heavy for a while, please talk to someone you trust, and to your doctor.
What each result means
None of them is good or bad. They’re places. You can move.
10–19
Grounded
You lead from calm. When things come in hot, you have room to respond instead of react, and your team feels it.
20–29
Running hot
You lead from drive. A lot gets done, fast, and it’s hard to switch off when you get home.
30–39
Running on fumes
You lead on what’s left in the tank. You still show up for the team, with less of you left at night.
40–50
Fried
You’re leading on empty. Small things feel like too much, and every question from the team lands heavy.
This is a self-reflection, not a medical or clinical test, and it doesn’t diagnose anything.

Thank you. Got it. You’ll hear from me soon.
Your toolkit.
Five practices for where you are, one for each of the 5D layers: physical, nervous system, emotional, energetic and mental. Free, and yours to keep.
Your toolkit · Grounded · 10–19
Keep it. Share it.
Nothing to fix here. This is about enjoying what you’ve built, and letting it spread through your team.
PhysicalDaily practice
Keep the rhythms that got you here
Same wake-up time, same wind-down, training you actually enjoy. Protect them the way you’d protect your best client.
Nervous systemRhythm
Plan the quiet before the busy
Put rest in the calendar before the big season, not after it. Busy and quiet both belong. Do your part, then allow.
EmotionalRelationships
Give it away
Your calm is contagious. Take one person on your team for a walk this week and just listen. What you give comes back.
EnergeticEnvironment
Notice what pulls at you
The feed, the group chat, the news: some things pull hard for your attention. They only have the power you feed them. Step out, and come back to what you love.
MentalDecisions
Dream bigger from here
This is the state to plan from. Before you add to the plan, ask: “Does my nervous system feel safe holding this?”
If you only do one thing this week
Write down the three things that keep you grounded. Put the list where you’ll see it every morning.
Your toolkit · Running hot · 20–29
Keep the fire. Add an off switch.
Your energy is a gift. Nothing is wrong with it. It just needs somewhere to land.
PhysicalDaily practice
Land the day
Pick an end time and close the laptop on it. Then move for ten minutes: walk, stretch, shake it out.
Nervous systemRhythm
Breathe slower than the room
Before your next big call, three breaths: in through the belly, in through the chest, and fully letting go. Make the out-breath the long one.
EmotionalRelationships
Ask for the other side
Every strength has a shadow. Ask one person you trust: “Where does my speed make it harder for you?” Then just say thank you.
EnergeticDecisions
Hold it lighter
When something has to go one exact way, the pressure makes it harder. Swap “it has to” for “it would be great if.” Do your part, then let it land.
MentalEnvironment
Fewer tabs open
Close what you’re not using. One screen, one task, one AI tool at a time. Fewer things in, clearer thinking out.
If you only do one thing this week
Tonight, choose tomorrow’s end time and tell someone at home.
Your toolkit · Running on fumes · 30–39
Back to basics, gently.
You’ve been carrying a lot, for a lot of people. Let’s give some of it a place to rest.
PhysicalDaily practice
Make sleep the plan
Same bedtime for seven nights. Phone charges outside the bedroom. That’s the whole practice.
Nervous systemRhythm
One minute, three times a day
Morning, midday and night: one minute of slow breathing, with a long out-breath. Use the circle below.
EmotionalRelationships
Don’t carry it alone
Tell one person how you’re really doing. The real answer, not the update. What’s there for one of us is there for all of us.
EnergeticEnvironment
Turn the volume down
Notice what drains you, and take one thing off the plate this week: a meeting, a channel, a yes you didn’t mean. You’re allowed.
MentalDecisions
There’s more than one road
When it feels like one way or no way, write down three other ways this could go well. You don’t have to pick one yet.
If you only do one thing this week
Pick your bedtime for the next seven nights, and write it down.
If it’s felt this heavy for a while, please talk to someone you trust, and to your doctor.
Your toolkit · Fried · 40–50
Be met. Rest is the work.
None of this is a to-do list. Pick the smallest thing that feels kind, and let that be enough.
PhysicalDaily practice
Do less, on purpose
Cancel or move one thing this week. Let a few things be good enough.
Nervous systemRhythm
Breathe with me
Feet on the floor. In through the belly, in through the chest, and fully letting go. Slow and easy, for one minute. It’s just breathing. You can’t really screw it up.
EmotionalRelationships
Let someone carry some of it
Call someone you trust today and tell them where you’re at. You don’t need the right words.
EnergeticEnvironment
Make one place quiet
Phone out of the bedroom. Notifications off after dinner. One place in your life where nothing is asking anything of you.
MentalDecisions
Park the big decisions
Big calls can wait for a steadier you. Write them down, park them, and come back after some rest. Nothing is lost.
If you only do one thing this week
Move one thing off this week’s calendar. Then go outside for ten minutes.
If it’s felt this heavy for a while, please talk to someone you trust, and to your doctor.
One minute. Breathe with the circle.
In for 4, out for 6. Nothing to get right.
Ready when you are
Come back to the check in 30 days, and notice what changed.
That’s enough for today.
You’ve planted the seed. Now give it time.

The 12 Laws Journey.
How the universal laws take your leadership to the next level.
I’m not running it yet. I’m building it the way I’d want to walk it: together, at a human pace, in a small group.
If that sounds like you, you’re invited. Leave your name and you’ll be the first to hear when it’s ready.
You’re on the list. Thank you for saying yes. Take a big breath in, and fully let go.
What’s there for one person is there for everybody. That’s why it’s groups only.
Why the nervous system
Your body has an alarm. It’s trying to protect you.
Your body has an alarm system. Its only job is keeping you alive. It can’t tell new from danger. It’s set to your old life. It’s not trying to stop you. It’s trying to protect you.
When it feels safe, you decide, lead and create from a grounded place. That’s why this check comes first, before any plan.
